Refund Policy

Effective December 5, 2024

Reschedule

We do not charge any fees for reschedule requests made at least 7 days prior to your exam date, provided the new date is within 6 months of the originally scheduled exam. Please note that rescheduling is subject to provider availability.

Refund & Cancellation

• Deposit: Refundable in accordance to below milestones.
• 100% Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled exam date.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled exam date.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled exam time or for missed appointments.
